Our Kinder Cloth Diapers are designed with a 'one-size-fits-most' approach. Using the adjustable snap system on the front rise, you can customize the fit for babies ranging from 7 to 35+ pounds.
What is your return policy for cloth diapers?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Are your diapers safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We prioritize high-quality, breathable fabrics like athletic wicking jersey and natural bamboo inserts to ensure your baby’s skin stays dry and free from irritation or diaper rash.
How should I wash my Kinder Cloth Diapers?
We recommend a two-cycle wash routine: a short warm pre-wash with detergent, followed by a long heavy-duty hot wash with detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry to preserve the waterproof PUL layer.
Do you offer any warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. We offer a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as broken snaps, stitching issues, or delamination of the waterproof lining.
